The Equestrian Center is a hidden asset of the park. If you haven’t seen Schabarum Equestrian center in the last few years you will be greatly surprised. It has been completely remodeled and has new management. This is a great community for boarding your horse. The park is over 575 acres with 75 acres developed for shared use. Trails here connect to the trail system through Whittier Narrows and south to Long Beach. The views from the top of the park are spectacular. These could be considered some of the best trails in Los Angeles.
Services offered at Schabarum Equestrian Center:
– 40 welded wire stalls located in two barns. The stalls are 16 X 16.
– Two arenas for riding and turnout as well as a 60 foot round pen.
